Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, has been notified that on 27 July 2020, David Bedford, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), at 124.985 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Bedford has a notifiable beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
