Responsibilities of Directors on the Board and Details of Committees

The roles of the Chair and the Chief Executive Officer are undertaken by separate individuals. The Interim Non-Executive Chair, Steve Coggins, is responsible for leadership of the Board and ensuring that there is effective communication with shareholders. The day-to-day leadership and management of the business are undertaken by the Chief Executive Officer, Paul Webb, assisted by senior management. The Non-Executive Directors provide depth of experience and facilitate challenge on the Board.
